WASHINGTON, D.C.I Nov. 2019 – ARC partners with the Korean American Grassroots Conference (KAGC) and Holt International to form the National Alliance for Adoptee Equality (NAAE). Led by the Korean American Grassroots Conference, Adoptee Rights Campaign and Holt International, NAAE is a consortium of community organizations, faith-based groups, adoptee advocates, and allies who came together to raise awareness of citizenship inequality in intercountry adoption policy and to advance the Adoptee Citizenship Act.
